Drawing on principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help couples understand the patterns behind their communication and emotional reactions.
We look at how thoughts, expectations, and past experiences may be influencing the present—and explore how to shift those dynamics with practical tools.
These sessions are about building clarity and closeness, not assigning blame. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. If something feels off, we can start gently working through it—together.
